The Two-Ingredient Miracle
Yay, you! Then you’ll love today’s recipe, designed to make you feel even better than ever. (You may love it even more if you don’t currently feel your best.)
I’d like to teach you how to make Chia Fresca, an easy way to get your daily dose of that beauty-boosting, body-bettering, energy infusing superfood, chia.
As the co-author of The Chia Book (Sterling Press), I am definitely biased, but I think chia is one of the most important—and easiest—superfoods to add to your everyday diet. It makes everything, from your hair to your skin, look better. It helps prevent and treat health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, depression and anxiety. It lubricates muscles and joints so you can exercise more, better, safer—and recover faster.
But why a lot of my clients adore chia is it is a powerful natural weight-loss aide.
When mixed with liquid, chia’s natural soluble fiber swells, creating a tummy-filling drink that squelches your urge to overeat. It’s a great tool to use before parties and restaurant dinners to ensure you don’t overeat.
Okay, are you ready to get down to business? Want to make your own Chia Fresca? If you learn better by watching, here you go:
