Nutritional Style’s Goddess Shake

Serves 1 or 2

This high-antioxidant, delicious smoothie will nourish your inner goddess. It is my choice for days when I need more horse-power and go…or when I just crave something delicious and chocolate. Try it out. You’ll love it. Trust me.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon raw cacao powder

1 tablespoon Maca powder

1 tablespoon hemp seed

3 drops vanilla creme liquid Stevia

2 Medjool dates, pitted

1 small frozen banana

1 – 1/2 cup almond milk

 

Directions

Blend ingredients in a high-speed blender.
